Output voltage and dual supply connection
The output voltage is set by trimpot P1 in the range of 1.5 to 5 V DC
With the values shown in the schematic, the output can be adjusted from 1.25V to 6V by adjusting trimpot R1.
The source uses both voltage and current regulation.
The source is especially suitable for tubes with a heating voltage of 1.5V for perfect purity of the heating current.
